About Us

Caroline Quinlan is a TEGoVA Valuation Surveyor and founder of Caroline Quinlan Valuations, specialising in residential, commercial, and Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) valuation services across the South East of Ireland.

Caroline holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management (UCEM), where she specialised in Valuation Surveying. 

She is a Recognised European Valuer (REV) for commercial property and a Residential Valuer (TRV) under the TEGoVA Blue Book valuation standards.

As a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) and a holder of a full PSRA licence, Caroline ensures that every valuation is completed with integrity, independence, and in full compliance with TEGoVA Blue Book standards.

With over five years of experience, Caroline has built a strong reputation for providing accurate, evidence-based valuations to local authorities, public bodies, and private clients.

Her specialist knowledge in CPO and compensation assessments has made her a trusted valuation partner for complex property and land projects throughout the region.
